Sizing

All shoe sizes are offered in US Men’s sizes, UK sizing and/or centimetre lengths. Sizing conversion charts relative to the brand are offered to assist you with determining the correct size. See the ‘Sizing Chart’ on the banner of the home page.

All sports injury items such as knee and ankle braces/guards offer sizing help on their product pages.

Clothing sizing charts are available under the ‘Sizing Chart’ on the banner of the home page. McDavid protective garments are made in the USA so they are listed in inches not centimetres.

Authenticity

All our shoes are Authentic. We do not sell any factory seconds, replicas or copies of shoes.

If an ‘imperfect’ product is offered it will be promoted as ‘imperfect’ and a reason given.

If an item is available and bears a similarity to a licensed product, it will be clearly stated that it is either ‘a licensed product’ or ‘not a licensed product’. This is not applicable to shoes which are all authentic as stated above.

Changing Your Mind or Your Order

Customers may not change style/size after the order is processed as The Basketball Zone cannot guarantee that any amendments to the customers order form will be processed accordingly if changed.

Return Policy

Our shoes and products are hand inspected to eliminate faults and flaws prior to them leaving The Basketball Zone warehouse. No items will be dispatched from our Canberra warehouse unless they are in perfect order. As the products are meticulously cross checked and inspected against your order, w e do not offer Refunds.

Wrong Shoe Size

Should you order the incorrect size, you may return the shoes upon contacting TheBasketballZone . All return requests must be made within 48 hours from receipt of the product. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Confirmation Number (RCN). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without this number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for a RCN: customer name, invoice number, item description and new size preferred.

All shoes purchased from thebasketballzone.com can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories such as shoe laces, tags, etc. No shoes will be accepted unless in pristine condition.

If the newly requested shoe size is not in stock or available on back order, then an alternate shoe needs to be chosen.

A $15 stocking fee (per item) will be applicable to any product that is returned. In additional all shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items

There will be no refunds or returns on ‘ Sale’ products.

Colour

Sometimes the colours of products on the website may appear to be darker or lighter than pictured. If you are unsure about how accurate the colours are on your screen, please call us for more detailed information.

All sales are final - ask any questions you have before ordering to prevent any problems.

Should a product not be available according to your specified sizing requirements, the NEXT HALF-SIZE (i.e. 9 ½ to 10) will be processed to minimize waiting time.
