No, we need a physical address to deliver your goods.

have my goods shipped overnight?
Yes. If you can’t wait and need your goods straight away, then call us and we
will let you know the additional cost to send your goods by courier or overnight
express.
How can I pay?
The Basketball Zone accepts Visa and MasterCard through PayPal. We also accept
Western Union and Australia Post Money orders. Direct bank transfer is also
available – just call us for details.
Customers without a Paypal account will have an option to set up an account with
Paypal while you go through the payment process. However, you do not need to
create a PayPal account if you choose not to. You will be prompted by PayPal
concerning whether you would like to create an account with them or not after
the transaction goes through.
If you have or choose to create a Paypal account, returning purchases to
thebasketballzone.com or to any websites that accepts Paypal payments as well as

Because you will be using Paypal, all credit card payments are done online

is trusted world wide. The Basketball Zone will not see your credit card number
(Paypal transfers your payment to us) and you never have to worry about your
credit card info gets stolen or sold to other party online because Paypal
protects the sensitive information on its online secure servers.
Does The Basketball Zone
have a retail outlet?
At this stage the Basketball Zone is an online store. We feel that this is the
best way for basketball players to access our products.
Are your shoes authentic?
Yes. We do not sell factory variants.
Can I change my mind
after I’ve placed my order?
Customers may not change style/size after the order is processed as The
Basketball Zone cannot guarantee that any amendments to the customers order form
will be processed accordingly if changed.
What if I ordered the wrong size
shoe?
Should you
order the incorrect size, you may return the shoes upon contacting
TheBasketballZone by email or phone.
All return
requests must be made within 48 hours from receipt of the product. Before
returning any product, you must obtain a Return Confirmation Number (RCN). NO
returns, of any type, will be accepted without this number. Please have the
following information on hand when calling for a RCN: customer name, invoice
number, item description and new size preferred.. If the newly requested shoe
size is not in stock or available on back order, then an alternate shoe needs to
be chosen.
The shoes MUST be returned as they arrived to you. In new/pristine condition,
unworn with no marks or scuffs, with their laces, tags in tack and the box in
perfect condition.
A $15 stocking fee (per item) will be applicable to any product that is
returned. In additional all shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of
the customer.
What if the items are faulty?
Shoes & Headgear: All our shoes and headgear products are hand inspected to
eliminate faults and flaws prior to them leaving The Basketball Zone warehouse.
No items will be despatched from our Canberra warehouse unless they are in
perfect order. Because these products are meticulously cross checked and
inspected before leaving us, we
do not offer refunds or returns on shoes or headgear.
Ankle, Knee or Shin products: All the sports medical products are covered by
limited warranties by the relevant manufacturers. Please read the manufacturers
tags upon receipt of the product.
Do the
products look different to the colour on the screen?
Sometimes the
colours of products on the
website may appear to be darker or lighter than pictured. If you are unsure
about how accurate the colours are on your screen, please call us for more
detailed information.
All sales are final - ask any questions you have before ordering to prevent any
problems.
The product is out
of stock – can you order it in?
We will try, but when it comes to shoes, The Basketball Zone only orders limited
stock of each item so that our customers always have something unique. We cannot
guarantee that the manufacturers will have your style and size available but we
are happy to ask on your behalf.
