Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery and are responsible for having someone available to accept delivery. Customers are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving. We do NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Customers must include a full physical address including apartment/unit number if  applicable.

Our prices are exclusive of shipping & handling fees. These will be calculated when you are ready to purchase your products.

The Basketball Zone reserves the right to ship your package with the carrier of our choice.

Domestic postage will be via Australia Post or one of our transport partners. Parcels shipped to most Australian capital cities will be an overnight service from the day of despatch.  Country and regional areas may take between 2 – 10 days depending on your location.

Customers will receive an email from The Basketball Zone when their order is processed and shipped. A satchel number or tracking number will also be provided.

International Shipping is dependant on location and items will only be shipped airmail with tracking numbers. Please contact us for a quote. Orders for shipment outside Australia may be subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the cost & responsibility of the customer. This includes exchange rates .

If you place an order prior to12 noon, we will do our best to process your order the same day, however normally it takes about 24hrs to process all payments and despatch your products.

All shoes are shipped with or without the box at our discretion. If shipped without the box, shoes will be wrapped and protected accordingly.

90% of our products are in stock and are shipped from Canberra, Australia. If an item is not in stock or has sold out (with the exception of shoes) it maybe shipped directly from the warehouse. If an item is ‘sold out’ you will be contacted by us and asked if you want an alternative item or if you would like us to place it on backorder.

Only fully paid purchases are shipped.

Once the product is despatched from The Basketball Zone and passes to our shipping agent, ownership/title of any products you ordered on this website, and its associated risk of loss or damage of the product (due to failure of receipt of by customer), PASSES TO YOU at the point of shipment of the products with our shipping agent. We are no longer responsible for compensation, refunds or replacements after this point in time.

If you refuse the arrival of your package, you will not receive your money back because the product will not come back to us. No further explanation or negotiations in regard to this matter.

Sales Tax and Custom & Duties

All Australian purchases are subject to GST of 10% including shipping & handling.

International orders - It is the customers responsibility for all customs and duties at the point of entry into the country of destination.
